Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking caring, qualified, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs), caregivers, and Registered Nurses (RNs) who are committed to providing exceptional, personalized care that allows clients to live safely and comfortably at home.
Successful candidates are dependable, respectful, patient, professional, and able to communicate clearly with clients, families, physicians, care coordinators, and other members of the healthcare team.
Home Health Aides & Caregivers
Candidates with experience providing the following services are encouraged to apply:
- Companionship and conversation
- Meal preparation and nutrition support

- Transportation to appointments or errands

Registered Nurses — Concierge Private Duty Nursing
We are also seeking qualified and experienced Registered Nurses to provide our clients with a higher level of personalized, one-on-one nursing care through our Concierge Private Duty Nursing services.
Our private duty nurses support clients with complex medical needs, individuals transitioning home after hospitalization or surgery, older adults who require ongoing clinical oversight, and families seeking dedicated nursing support in the comfort and privacy of their homes.
Depending on the client’s individualized plan of care and the nurse’s scope of practice, services may include:
- One-on-one private duty nursing and continuous clinical oversight
- Comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Post-hospitalization and post-surgical care
- Medication management and administration
- Vital signs and health-status monitoring
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Chronic disease management and monitoring
- Diabetes care and blood glucose monitoring
- Catheter, ostomy, and other skilled nursing care
- Coordination with physicians, specialists, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers
- Implementation and monitoring of individualized plans of care
- Early identification and reporting of changes in a client’s condition
- Family education, guidance, and support
- Skilled nursing support for clients with complex or evolving medical needs
- Palliative, hospice, and end-of-life nursing support
- Accompaniment and nursing support for medical appointments when appropriate
- Coordination of care during transitions between the hospital, rehabilitation facility, and home
- Detailed clinical documentation and communication with the client’s care team
Our Concierge Private Duty Nurses should understand that exceptional private care goes beyond completing clinical tasks. We are looking for nurses who provide attentive, discreet, highly personalized care and who can build trusted relationships with clients and their families while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
